Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return:

* Product must be unused
* Must be in original packaging
* Must include proof of purchase

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

* Used items
* Opened personal care products
* Items damaged due to misuse

DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCT

REFUND PROCESS

* Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
* Refund will be credited to the original payment method

CANCELLATION

* Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
* Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

RETURN SHIPPING

* In case of defective product, return shipping will be borne by us
* In other cases, customer may need to bear return cost
